Glamoursy is first and foremost an individuality in creating new models.None of our models takes part in mass production. Each pair of shoes is made individually for every client. That makes us extraordinary and different from chain stores. More than that, all models are designed by us in several units. If you value individuality and you love colors, that definitely is a place for you.To not become “the wrong size victim” CAREFULLY MEASURE THE LENGTH OF YOUR FEET!To the actual size add 0,5-1 cm of free space.Match your feet length with the size length that is given in the size charts

LEATHER FOOTWEAR CARE

Good care of shoes is a basic rule. Grain leather shoes are the easiest to keep them clean. All it takes is just a wipe or a wetted sponge. Then you let them dry at a room temperature. Cleared surface can be treated with a small amount of shoe polish and cream or gently polished with a soft towel. Use a brush to clean nubuck and suede leather shoes. You mustn’t use any creams and polish. Any dirt shall be cleaned with a wetted piece of material.

THE CANELLATION FORM
The customer is allowed to return your order.
The 14-day cancellation period shall start on the date of the conclusion of the agreement.
All you have to do is:
• Fill in the cancellation form template
• Pack the item to us with the cancellation form and a receipt
• Return it to the following address :

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the item.

Please be sure to protect the goods properly against any damage that may be incurred while shipping. Your refund for the returned item may be received no later than 14 days you informed us about your cancellation. The refund will be transferred to your bank account that you put in the cancellation form.
